*Growth, Design, Product

I'm a designer-turned-PM who builds and grows products with empathy, simplicity, and lean mean execution.

Scaling impact through UX

I help organizations adopt new tech (like generative AI) to deliver great experiences so that they can scale their impact. Currently, I build enterprise-grade AI Agents at Ada as Principal Product Manager. Before that, I designed Ada’s first self-serve experience and LLM-powered features, built Grantbook’s marketing ecosystem, and crafted products and websites in Education, Sustainability, and Philanthropy.

Results I've delivered:

Free Trial

Ada • UX design, product managemnt

Led Ada's first Product Growth team and built a self-serve free trial, including: new nav, a web scraper, self-serve onboarding UX, and analytics tooling. In its first year, free trial quadrupled the inbound win rate and drove 13% of net-new logo revenue.

Generative Actions

Ada • UX design

An LLM-powered feature to integrate Ada’s generative AI chatbot with any available API. This unblocked deals that helped Ada grow revenue 38x in the first year of its new product (one of the first customer service AI Agents to market).

Cross-Platform Notifications

Ada • UX design, user research

Notifications to help customers connect to support agents on Ada, no matter where they are — desktop browsers, mobile browsers, or mobile apps. This feature (and the UX research I conducted) supported Ada's play to integrate with asynchronous agent messaging platforms, unblocking partnerships and opportunities.

Digital Lesson Plan Search

Chalk • UX design, user research

A lesson search feature to grow the customer base for Chalk’s premium plan, supporting B2C revenue growth and a successful acquisition by PowerSchools a year later.

Under Layered Suspicion

University of Toronto • web design & build (Webflow)

A website summarizing research on anti-Muslim bias in the CRA by University of Toronto professors that successfully convinced the Canadian government to investigate the issue.
